I love edamame, but I don’t like eating a lot of it because soy isn’t the best for women (so I’ve heard from multiple sources), so I am excited to tell you about Stahlbush Island Farms Green Chick Peas, which taste almost identical to edamame. Green Garbanzo Beans
For the below picture, I simply tossed the beans with a little EVOO and spices and roasted in the over at 375 for 20 minutes! I put them on my counter and snacked while I was cooking my dinner.
