FRESH NATURE ZESTY GREEN CHICKPEA SALAD

Ingredients

  • 2 cups Prepared Green Chickpeas
  • ½ cup Yellow Pepper, medium diced
  • ½ cup Red pepper, medium diced
  • 1 cup Black beans, drained and rinsed
  • ½ cup Roma tomatoes, chopped
  • 1/3 cup Red onion, medium diced
  • 1 Tsp Parsley, chopped
  • 1/4 cup Lite Italian Dressing

Directions

Combine ingredients in large mixing bowl adding dressing last. Mix and served chilled!
